The 40% deposit is non-refundable once your project is accepted and work has started. The 60% balance is due before code handover, production launch or domain connection.
What is included in the quote?
Your written quote lists the agreed pages, design and development work, add-ons and integrations, and the final project price before you pay the deposit. Launchpad issues it for Instant start projects; a developer writes it for projects that need a review.
Can you build payment, booking, maps, or dashboard features?
Yes. Payments, SMS, Google Maps, CMS, booking, authentication, and dashboards can be included when properly scoped. Some providers require accounts, credentials, or API keys from you.
Do I need to provide all content before we start?
You do not need polished final copy to start planning in Launchpad, but early access to your logo, brand assets, key messages, services, proof, and required pages makes planning and delivery more efficient.
Do you help with domain and email setup?
Yes. Domain connection and provider coordination can be included. Business email configuration may require access to your registrar and chosen email provider.
