A 40% non-refundable project deposit secures the engagement and starts planning, design preview, and initial development. The remaining 60% is required before final handover, production launch, source-code transfer, or domain connection.
Your written proposal identifies the agreed pages, design and development work, integrations, review process, delivery schedule, exclusions, and final project price before you pay the deposit.
Timing depends on the scope, content readiness, integrations, and review speed. VibeBox provides an estimated schedule in the proposal rather than promising the same turnaround for every build.
Not yet. Launchpad is being prepared for a future release. Current projects start through the traditional project brief and are handled directly by the studio.
Every VibeBox project is planned, designed, and built by an experienced full-stack developer. Modern tooling speeds up parts of the workflow, but a real person owns the architecture, reviews every change, and is accountable for what ships to production.
Most projects are built on a modern stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Supabase, deployed to fast, reliable hosting. Your proposal states the exact stack and integrations for your project.
Yes. Payments, SMS, Google Maps, CMS, booking, authentication, and dashboards can be included when properly scoped. Some providers require accounts, credentials, or API keys from you.
You do not need polished final copy for the first inquiry, but early access to your logo, brand assets, key messages, services, proof, and required pages makes planning and delivery more efficient.
Yes. Domain connection and provider coordination can be included. Business email configuration may require access to your registrar and chosen email provider.
The proposal defines ownership and any licensed third-party materials. Final source-code transfer and handover occur after the remaining balance and paid add-ons are settled.
