“Cookies” includes traditional cookies plus similar browser storage such as local storage used for sessions, security, payment flows, and consent preferences.

Essential storage

Essential storage is required for core features and is not controlled by the analytics consent popup:

• Google sign-in and secure access to the client dashboard when enabled
• Session and security storage for account and payment workflows
• Spam protection and rate-limiting signals for the project inquiry form

Consent preference

When optional analytics are configured, VibeBox stores your accept or reject choice in local browser storage so the consent popup does not reappear on every visit. You can change that choice from this page using Manage cookie preferences.

Optional analytics

Analytics are credential-driven and disabled unless they are deliberately configured for a deployment and a real analytics adapter is wired. When enabled:

• A consent popup asks you to accept or reject analytics before non-essential tracking runs
• Accepted analytics may measure public-site events such as inquiry started or submitted
• Analytics are not placed inside protected dashboards, forms, or payment flows as advertising

Third-party services

Resend, Xendit, Vercel, Supabase, Google, or other providers may use necessary technical storage when you interact with their enabled service. Their own policies describe that processing.

Your choices

• When the consent popup is shown, choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics.
• Reopen preferences from this page when analytics are configured, or clear site data for this domain in your browser.
• Block or remove cookies through browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or prevent protected features from working.

VibeBox does not use cookies to make advertisements resemble navigation, content cards, or calls to action.

We may update this policy when storage practices or analytics tooling change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
