02Payment milestones
Two payments, stated up front.
The 40/60 split keeps the project accountable in both directions: you never pay for undefined work, and the studio never builds on vague promises.

The quote you approve fixes the price. Progress is visible on staging while the agreed scope is built.
The balance and any paid add-ons are settled before production launch, source handover, or domain connection.
If the remaining balance is overdue, the staging website may be paused until payment is completed. Final scope and price are always confirmed in writing before the deposit.

How does the 40% deposit work?
The 40% deposit is non-refundable once your project is accepted and work has started. The 60% balance is due before code handover, production launch or domain connection. If we decline a paid project before work starts, the deposit is refunded in full.
How long will my website take?
Timing depends on the scope, content readiness, integrations, and review speed. VibeBox gives an estimated schedule for your scope rather than promising the same turnaround for every build.
Will I own the website?
Your written quote and project terms define ownership and any licensed third-party materials. Final source-code transfer and handover occur after the remaining balance and paid add-ons are settled.
